Discovery Dome
Promoting the opening of Denmark’s largest telescope, Brorfelde Observatory commissioned this poster depicting the Discovery Dome. Important for me in this case is to emphasise the scale of this massive instrument, and the feeling of and weightlessness and open space, when you look into it.
I hope these two themes are easy to observe without a telescope. Working with this poster rereading Herge’s L’Etoile Mystérieuse was inevitable.
